| 1. When am I eligible for benefits? |

| You will be eligible for benefits (which health benefits, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, and tuition benefits) on the first day of the month following your first 60 days of employment. |

| 2. How do I enroll for benefits? |
 |
| You will receive training to enroll for health benefits through the “Benefits Enrollment” tab of the ADP Self Service Portal. |

| 3. How can I get information about all the benefits for which I am eligible? |
 |
| You will have the opportunity to attend monthly benefits meetings that provide brief descriptions of all benefits and the process of enrollment for each. |

| 4. Can I enroll dependents? |
 |
| Yes, you may enroll eligible dependents. Questions relating to eligibility may be directed to benefits@bridgepointeducation.com. |

| 5. Who is the insurance provider? |
 |
| Depending on your location, you may be covered by either CIGNA or Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield for medical coverage. Dental, vision, life insurance, EAP and disability coverage is provided by CIGNA at all locations. |
